Holiday Entitlement for Employees
It has become increasingly noticeable that we are getting more and more questions about
holiday pay.
Some people have got employment contracts which quite clearly state what the entitlement is. Others have what is known as the statutory entitlement laid down in law. Some people have fixed hours, some have flexible hours, some have a zero hour contract. Everyone is entitled to holiday, but how much?
It’s never easy working out holidays and pay. The last thing anyone wants to do is upset their most valuable asset – their workforce by getting it wrong. 
We have, over the past couple of years been monitoring holidays for some of our clients and have now decided to offer this as a service to all. This is an additional service to our normal payroll bureau, the complexity means we will have to charge for it.
